How this CRM handles the data your team stores in it
The CRM stores the contact records, transactions, and activity notes that your team enters, together with the account details of each operator: username, name, email address, role, and team assignment.
Data is used solely to operate the CRM for your organisation — routing records to the right operators, producing reports, and keeping an audit trail of who changed what and when.
Access is limited to authenticated operators. Administrators can restrict access to an approved list of IP addresses, block accounts, and review activity captured for each session.
Deleted records move to the Recycle Bin, where an administrator can restore them. Records removed from the Recycle Bin are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, credentials are stored as salted hashes, and uploaded documents are validated and virus-scanned before they are stored.
For questions about this policy, or to request a copy or deletion of your personal data, contact your CRM administrator.
This is a demonstration interface — no live customer data is processed here.
